Wage Transparency Report 2nd Cycle in accordance with Ministry of Labor requirements.
In compliance with Law 14.611 of July 4, 2023, we are publishing Jaguar Plásticos' equal pay report. The reports are divided by subsidiaries with 100 or more employees.
Important
- Jaguar reinforces its commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity practices.
- The report was drawn up by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE).
- The information has been grouped by the MTE according to the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations), using e-social from 2022, and does not reflect the reality for all positions.
- The data in the reports complies with the General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD 13 709/2018.
- The differences pointed out in the report do not constitute gender discrimination, as they disregarded criteria laid down in the Positions and Salaries Policies, such as experience, performance, job levels and academic background.
Note:
- Large Groups: This is a government classification that brings together different types of work (positions/departments).
- Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO): In 2002, based on the International Uniform Classification of Occupations (CIUO), the MTE created the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), which was designed to specify and identify all occupations in the Brazilian labor market.
